Biography

Denis Verwilghen is an Associate Professor at the University of Sydney, specializing in equine surgery and veterinary medicine. His career has included roles such as Head of the Equine Surgery Department at Uppsala University in Sweden and Associate Professor at the Equine Hospital of Copenhagen University. In 2018, he became the Head of the Camden Equine Centre at the University of Sydney, and he continues to participate in research and teaching within the School of Veterinary Science.
