Dennis Trinidad holds a PhD in Preventive Medicine (2002) and an MPH in Biostatistics/Epidemiology (2001) from the University of Southern California. Trinidad's contributions to the field include mentoring programs aimed at increasing diversity in undergraduate research regarding tobacco's impact on adults and adolescents. He has published extensively on topics including smoking cessation, electronic nicotine delivery systems, and the influences of race and ethnicity on tobacco-related health issues.
