Biography

Derek Oliver is a Professor and Department Head at the University of Manitoba's Price Faculty of Engineering. He completed his Ph.D. in Physics at Monash University in 1998 and gained extensive research experience through a postdoctoral fellowship at the Research School of Chemistry, Australian National University. Derek is actively seeking graduate students to join his research team, emphasizing opportunities for external and commercial partnerships.
