Dr. Diana Bolotin

Biography

Diana Bolotin is the Chief of Dermatology and Director of Dermatologic Surgery at the University of Chicago. She is extensively engaged in patient care, focusing on surgical cosmetic dermatology, resident training, and investigator-initiated clinical research related to skin cancer. Bolotin graduated with an A.B. Honors degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and earned her M.D. and Ph.D. in the Medical Scientist Training Program at the University of Chicago's Pritzker School of Medicine. She completed her Dermatology residency at the University of Chicago, where she served as chief resident, followed by a fellowship in Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine. She is double board-certified in Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery. Bolotin provides a comprehensive range of medical and surgical treatments for skin cancer, specializing in Mohs Micrographic Surgery. She is also skilled in advanced laser aesthetic procedures. An accomplished author, Bolotin has published numerous peer-reviewed articles and textbook chapters and has received various awards for her contributions to clinical practice and research. She holds leadership roles in several professional societies including the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the American College of Mohs Surgery.
