Diana T. Fleisher, MD, is a Clinical Assistant Professor who focuses on community health and partnerships with grassroots community organizations, particularly outside of emergency departments. Her work emphasizes the importance of addressing food insecurity, especially highlighted during the pandemic as she partnered with the Table food pantry in Sunset Park to manage year-long projects supporting new migrants. She is involved in coordinating resources through the NYC Humanitarian Emergency Response Relief Centers, demonstrating her commitment to public health initiatives and community support. Her clinical practice in Pediatric Emergency Medicine is complemented by her fellowship in trauma training.
