Biography

Diana Pamela Moya Osorio is currently an Associate Professor in the Communication Systems Division of the Department of Electrical Engineering at Linköping University, Sweden. She is part of ELLIIT recruited faculty. Before this role, she served as a Senior Research Fellow and Adjunct Professor at the Centre for Wireless Communications, University of Oulu, Finland, from 2020 to 2023. She earned her B.Sc. degree in Electronics Telecommunications Engineering from the Armed Forces University in Ecuador in 2008, followed by M.Sc. and D.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on Telecommunications Telematics from the University of Campinas, Brazil, in 2011 and 2015, respectively. From 2015 to 2022, she was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Federal University of São Carlos, Brazil. Her research interests cover wireless communications in general, signal processing for wireless communications, physical layer security, and integrated sensing communications. She currently serves as an Associate Editor for notable journals, including IEEE Wireless Communications Letters and IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics & Security. Moreover, she leads multiple significant research projects and guides PhD students in her field.
