Biography

Diansha Wang joined the Adam Smith Business School as a Lecturer in Organizational Behaviour in January 2025. Previously, she was a Postdoctoral researcher at the School of Business Society, University of York. She holds a PhD in Management Learning and Leadership from Lancaster University Management School and received her master's degree in International Management from the University of Nottingham. Her research interests include Organization Studies, Qualitative Research, and Historical Sociological Analysis. Diansha is dedicated to exploring various facets of organizational behavior and contributes to the academic community through her teaching and research activities.
