Biography

Dick Stevenson is a Professor at Macquarie University, where he leads research on eating behavior and the psychology of food intake. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Biological Science from the University of London and a Master of Science and DPhil in Experimental Psychology from the University of Sussex. Over his career, he has held post-doctoral positions at the CSIRO Food Science and the University of Sydney's Department of Psychology as well as the Bureau of Crime Statistics and Research. He has also supervised various research projects related to epilepsy, multisensory perception, and nutritional neuroscience, employing methodologies such as neuroimaging and clinical trials.
