Biography

Dimitri Nasrallah is the author of four novels. His recent work, 'Hotline,' published in 2022, became a national bestseller and was nominated for the Scotiabank Giller Prize as well as shortlisted for CBC’s Canada Reads. Originally from Lebanon, he moved to Canada in 1988. His literary contributions include notable works such as 'Bleeds,' 'Niko,' and 'Blackbodying.' He resides in Montreal and serves as the fiction editor for Véhicule Press’s Esplanade Fiction imprint. In addition to his writing, he teaches creative writing at Concordia University, where he influences the next generation of writers through his expertise and passion for literature.
