Dr. Dimitrios Colevas

Biography

Dimitrios Colevas is a Professor of Medicine at Stanford University, specializing in Oncology. He holds courtesy appointments in the Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery and Radiation Oncology departments. His extensive background includes being a board-certified medical oncologist and a fellow at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Dr. Colevas completed his medical education at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and has focused his research on the development of treatment strategies for head and neck cancer. Notable among his contributions are clinical trials evaluating novel therapeutic approaches and the efficacy of multimodal treatments. His clinical expertise encompasses managing patients with thyroid cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, and strategies integrating chemotherapy, radiation, and emerging therapies.
