Biography

Dina Mayzlin is the Robert E. Brooker Professor of Marketing at the USC Marshall School of Business. Her research examines how businesses manage social interactions, focusing on advertising and communication strategies, the manipulation of online reviews, and the impact of online influencers. She has published numerous scholarly articles and has served as an Associate Editor for Marketing Science and Marketing Research.
