Biography

Dinesh Subedi is an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in the School of Optometry and Vision Science. He is also a Postdoctoral Researcher at Monash University, Australia. His research background is in medical microbiology and bioinformatics. Subedi's current research focuses on the use of bacteriophages to treat infections caused by hospital-acquired (nosocomial) pathogens. He completed his Ph.D. at the University of New South Wales, where he studied Pseudomonas aeruginosa and its resistance to antibiotics. He also holds a master's degree in medical microbiology from Nepal.
