Dr. Dionysia Katelouzou

Biography

Dionysia Katelouzou is an Associate Professor in Corporate Law at King’s College London. She specializes in Corporate Governance and Corporate Law and has held her current position since July 2013. Before this, she was a Lecturer in Law at the University of East Anglia. Dr. Katelouzou obtained her PhD from the University of Cambridge, as well as an LLM (First Class) and an LLB (summa cum laude) from the University of Athens. She is also a Research Associate at the Centre of Business Research, University of Cambridge, and a member of the Bar in Athens. Her research interests encompass Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, and Sustainable Finance Regulation, with a focus on empirical legal research and transnational aspects of law. Dr. Katelouzou has contributed to over 25 research outputs and has been recognized with various awards, including a Mid-Career Fellowship from the British Academy. She actively participates in public consultations related to policy reforms in the UK and Europe. Her extensive experience includes presenting at international conferences and publishing peer-reviewed articles and book chapters.
