Dominic joined the Adam Smith Business School in 2019 as a Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. He has extensive international teaching experience, delivering executive education and MBA teaching in Singapore, Malaysia, Oman, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the UK, and currently teaches MSc Financial Technology at ASBS and MBA courses. His research has been published in leading international journals, including the Academy of Management Perspectives, the Financial Times 50-ranked Journal of Business Venturing, and the Journal of Management Studies. Additionally, Dominic serves on the editorial review boards of the Journal of Entrepreneurship, Theory and Practice, and the International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior Research. He has secured significant funding for research projects, including a €1.2m European Union project to support data-driven entrepreneurship in collaboration with a consortium of European universities, as well as a £1.8m ESRC Future Finance project focused on fintech and financial services. Dominic is currently editing a special issue of the Journal of Management Studies on Artificial Intelligence in Organizations. His research interests include entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, new venture processes, platforms and digital entrepreneurship, social innovation, and institutions.
