Biography

Dominique Tan graduated from Nanyang Technological University in 2003 with an honours Bachelor degree in Accounting. He is the owner of Nebis Group companies, specializing in harnessing technology to provide compliance solutions for corporates. Dominique began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Singapore in 2003, focusing on audit and assurance. During his time at PwC, he spent several years in Norway, servicing shipping and oil and gas clients in areas of financial due diligence and audit assurance engagements. He served as Singapore's representative for the International Integrated Reporting Council from 2016 to 2018 and was part of the Young Professionals Advisory Committee for the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants from 2014 to 2016, as well as the sustainability committee of the Singapore Institute of Directors from 2017 to 2018. Dominique is a certified director from INSEAD and a practicing member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, as well as an ASEAN CPA. He holds the accredited title of Certified Financial Forensic Professional, which was issued by ISCA. His industry experience includes being the engagement partner for external audits of listed companies and heading the internal audit department of an international accounting firm. He is also the lead partner for financial due diligence projects and for automation using artificial intelligence in financial processes, along with forensic audit investigations.
