Biography

Donald Robertson is an Emeritus Professor at the University of Western Australia. He has a strong educational background, having earned an undergraduate honors degree in Physiology and a Ph.D. from McGill University, where he focused on the mechanisms of sharp tuning in the mammalian cochlea. His postdoctoral research was conducted at the Brain Research Institute of the University of Brussels. Although he retired from active teaching and research in 2019, he continues to support lab members and assist in academic endeavors. His involvement includes reviewing grant applications and scientific manuscripts, as well as contributing to local scientific meetings.
