Dr. Donna Reynolds

Biography

Dr. Donna L. Reynolds is an Assistant Professor at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, University of Toronto, specializing in infectious and non-infectious disease prevention and control. With a rich educational background, she holds an M.D., M.Sc., and a B.Sc.(H) from Queen's University. Her research encompasses vaccinology, program planning and evaluation, disease risk factor surveillance, public health methods, and priority-setting in health. Dr. Reynolds has contributed significantly to the academic community with various publications in prestigious journals focused on public health issues, community medicine, and outbreak investigation. Her work particularly addresses the implications of public health policies on community health outcomes, and she has a strong interest in training future medical professionals, including community medicine residents and clerkship medical students. Throughout her career, she has received numerous accolades, such as the Ontario Scholar award and several Regional Municipality Durham Awards for excellence in leadership.
