Biography

Doron Nussbaum is an Associate Professor in the School of Computer Science at Carleton University. He received his Ph.D. from Carleton University in 2001, his M.C.S. from Carleton University in 1988, and his B.Sc. from Tel Aviv University in 1985. His research focuses on a variety of areas within computer science, including Algorithms, Computational Geometry, Computer Graphics, Computer Vision, Data Structures, Distributed Computing, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Medical Computing, and Robotics. He is particularly interested in the intersection of these domains and explores applications that utilize Machine Vision and Parallel Computing techniques.
