Biography

Douglas Buchanan (BSc ’81, MSc ’82, PhD ’86) is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Manitoba. He spent 16 years at IBM’s Thomas J. Watson Research Center, focusing on silicon technologies. He has over 30 patents and 100 peer-reviewed publications, along with numerous conference presentations.
