Biography

Douglas Flint joined the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of New Brunswick in 2001 and is a member of the Human Resources Area. He teaches courses in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at both the BBA and MBA levels. Flint has consulted on human resource management issues with large organizations including Babcock & Wilcox, Bell Canada, and the Royal Bank, as well as smaller non-profit enterprises.
