Biography

Douglas Rosefsky is an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at INSEAD and a Founding Partner at Prudentia Capital, a private equity firm based in Paris, France. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, having previously served as Managing Director and European Executive Committee member at Alvarez & Marsal, a global turnaround management firm. His work there focused on strategic and operational transformations and financial turnarounds for both public and private companies, where he acted as CEO and CFO. Before joining Alvarez & Marsal, he was part of the restructuring and refinance team at JPMorgan Chase in New York and began his career with Andersen Consulting. Rosefsky's contributions to the field have been recognized with the Turnaround of the Year Award from the Turnaround Management Association on two occasions. He earned his MBA from the Wharton School and a BA in honors Economics and Computer Science from Duke University. As an adjunct professor at INSEAD since 2013, he teaches courses on M&As and Corporate Strategy, and he has been a recurring lecturer at the Wharton School since 2003.
