Biography

Douglas Sidell is a Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery at Stanford University Medical Center, holding a courtesy appointment in the Department of Pediatrics. A board-certified specialist in Otolaryngology by the American Board of Otolaryngology, Dr. Sidell is involved in numerous professional organizations and has authored multiple peer-reviewed articles. His clinical interests span various disorders, including pediatric voice and swallowing issues and congenital airway abnormalities, as well as ongoing research evaluating treatments such as acid suppression in laryngomalacia and other complex airway conditions.
