Biography

Duncan Wallace is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Law at Monash University, focusing on various aspects of law, philosophy, and economics. His research primarily examines the ontological nature of social groups, the recognition of law, and the role of economy in society. Prior to joining Monash, Duncan worked in the co-operatives and mutuals sector and retains a strong interest in co-operatives law and policy. He is an active member of the International Co-operatives Alliance’s Young & Emerging Scholars Network on Cooperative Studies.
