Biography

Dusya Vera is a Professor of Strategy at Ivey Business School and the Executive Director of the Ian O. Ihnatowycz Institute for Leadership. With a doctoral degree obtained from Ivey in 2002, her research focuses on strategic leadership, leader character, improvisation, and organizational learning. Dusya has published in prestigious academic journals including the Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Annals, and Organization Science, among others.
