Biography

Ed Cohen is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Imperial College London, with research interests broadly focused on statistical methodology for analyzing signals and images. His work encompasses temporal, spatial, and spatio-temporal point processes across complex domains, including networks and manifolds. He specializes in time series analysis, change-point detection, and online estimation, applying these techniques to a diverse array of applications, especially in biological imaging.
