Biography

Edmond Jonckheere is a Professor Emeritus in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Southern California. He obtained his Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Toulouse in 1973 and a Doctoral Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California in 1978. He is recognized as a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) since 1991. Additionally, he investigates the Back-Pressure Heat-Diffusion protocol in wireless networks, quantum networks, and smart grid analysis focusing on voltage stability and data security.
