Biography

Edoardo Zulato is a Fellow in Psychological and Behavioural Science at the London School of Economics (LSE), focusing on Political Psychology. He obtained his PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Milano-Bicocca and an MSc in Social Cultural Psychology from LSE. Edoardo has held a visiting researcher position at ISCTE-IUL in Lisbon. His research primarily investigates how individuals and groups navigate new challenges and crises, particularly in liminal hotspots where they may feel 'stuck'. He examines social representations of health, illness, politics, science, technology, and gender identities. His interests include exploring the complex relationships between order and change, and understanding the discourses that legitimize or delegitimize social, legal, and institutional change, especially related to end-of-life regulations and gender-inclusive language. Edoardo is also a consultant with expertise in participatory research methods aimed at fostering community engagement and promoting bottom-up changes in organizations, particularly within the public healthcare sector.
