Biography

Eduardo Baistrocchi is an Associate Professor of International Tax Law at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He has published extensively in prestigious journals such as the British Tax Review and the Virginia Tax Review, and is a principal author and editor of significant treatises analyzing tax treaty disputes on a global scale. His comprehensive work includes a two-volume set titled 'A Global Analysis of Tax Treaty Disputes', which offers thematic analyses of 1500 leading tax treaty cases and is recognized as a vital reference tool for practitioners in the field.
