Biography

Eduardo Rojas is an independent consultant specializing in urban development, heritage preservation, urban rehabilitation, low-income housing, and municipal governance. He is a lecturer in the Department of Historic Preservation at the University of Pennsylvania's Stuart Weitzman School of Design.
