Biography

Eduardo Uquillas is a Senior Lecturer in Veterinary Anaesthesia at the University of Sydney, with expertise in veterinary anaesthesia and analgesia. In 2020, he rose to the position of Senior Lecturer, overseeing the DVM anaesthesia curriculum and leading the Anaesthesia and Analgesia services at the University. He is actively involved in research at the University Veterinary Teaching Hospitals, with contributions published in peer-reviewed journals, particularly in the areas of equine anaesthesia, respiratory physiology, and clinical analgesia. Dr. Uquillas aligns his research with the Faculty of Science's Research Strength in Healthy Animals.
