Biography

Edward Yuzda is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Dalhousie University. He has received extensive training in various forms of psychotherapy, including Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Interpersonal Group Psychotherapy. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Alberta, a Master's degree in Psychiatry from McGill University, and an MD from the University of Calgary. Dr. Yuzda completed PGY 1-2 at Dalhousie University and PGY 3-5 at the University of Alberta. He has received notable awards, including the Clinician Year Award and the Specialist Physician Year Award from the Department of Psychiatry and Family Medicine Teaching Unit at Dalhousie University in 2012.
