Biography

Edwin Lock is a Lecturer in the Department of Informatics at King's College London. Before joining King’s, he was a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Oxford, and a Research Fellow at Nuffield College, Oxford. He obtained his DPhil (PhD) from Oxford under the supervision of Paul Goldberg. His research focuses on algorithmic game theory, examining computational challenges in auctions and markets, and the design of algorithms related to complexity theory. He explores applications of these areas in mechanism design for social good.
