Ehab Shehata is a Board-Certified Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon with over 30 years of experience in medical dental surgery. He earned his medical degree from the University of Alexandria, Egypt, in 1988, followed by a master's degree in general surgery in 1993, and a dental degree in 1997. He completed his doctorate in 2005. In 2003, he finished a Fellowship at Guy’s and St Thomas’ University Hospitals in London. Dr. Shehata is the Course Director for Medical Emergencies at Texas A&M College of Dentistry and the Caruth School of Dental Hygiene, lecturing on a wide range of advanced topics. His research contributions include 17 peer-reviewed publications and he is actively involved as a scientific reviewer for international journals. In 2024, he was named a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and he is recognized nationally and internationally for his work, particularly in minimally invasive parotid surgery techniques.
