Dr. Éidín Ní Shé

Biography

Éidín Ní Shé is a senior lecturer in health management at the School of Population Health at the University of New South Wales. She specializes in leading projects in co-design, consumer engagement, and evaluating health systems. Before joining UNSW, Éidín worked as a research fellow at University College Dublin's Centre for Interdisciplinary Research Education Innovation Health Systems in Ireland. Her research involved advancing knowledge in systems thinking, interdisciplinary collaboration, consumer involvement, and evidence synthesis while contributing to methodological innovations and developing strong networks. Furthermore, Éidín has worked with various institutions, including the Centre for Local Government at the University of Technology Sydney and the Department of General Practice at the University of Melbourne. She holds honorary positions as a senior research fellow at the Australian Institute of Health Innovation at Macquarie University and as an associate investigator at the UNSW Ageing Futures Institute.
