Biography

Eileen Kamerick is a lecturer at the University of Chicago Law School, where she consults and lectures on corporate governance and compliance matters. She is a NACD Board Leadership Fellow and has previously held various CFO roles in leading companies, including BP Amoco, Leo Burnett, Heidrick & Struggles, and Houlihan Lokey. Eileen began her career as a lawyer at the law firm Skadden Arps and holds a JD and MBA with honors in Finance and International Business from the University of Chicago. She graduated summa cum laude from Boston College and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Eileen serves on the Board of Directors for Associated Banc-Corp, AIG Funds, Hochschild Mining, plc, and 23 closed-end Legg Mason mutual funds. She has also served on the Board of Directors for ServiceMaster and IRI companies acquired by private equity firms and qualifies as an SEC financial expert. Eileen was profiled in the 2016 Directors Watch by Directors & Boards Magazine. In addition to her corporate board roles, she serves on the boards of Eckerd Connects, a national child welfare charity, and several Cristo Rey Network schools.
