Ejan Mackaay is a researcher and emeritus professor at the University of Montreal, specializing in the economic analysis of law and intellectual property. His research aims to improve accessibility to law through practical and theoretical contributions using multiple scientific disciplines including legal informatics, econometrics, and law economics.
