Biography

Eleni Arvanitis-Zorbas joined the College of Law faculty in 2024 after having previously practiced law in Saskatoon. She has also served as a sessional lecturer for several years. Her research interests encompass corporate commercial law with a focus on mass tort and insolvency. Eleni enjoys teaching law students and emphasizes practical application in her courses. In particular, she teaches a Corporate Restructuring course where students gain practical experience in insolvency law through a simulated case based on the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act.
