Eleni Giannoulatou completed her Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering and Informatics at the University of Patras in Greece in 2004. She and her team use cutting-edge next-generation sequencing technologies to create quantitative approaches for identifying disease-causing DNA mutations, which significantly enhance the current genetic diagnostic rate for cardiovascular diseases.
