Biography

Ella is the managing director of Deloitte Tax’s Chicago Transfer Pricing practice. She works with global enterprises and start-ups to develop and implement globally efficient transfer pricing strategies while documenting a variety of evolving global documentation standards and defending clients before IRS tax authorities. Ella collaborates with clients seeking alternative resolution venues, including Mutual Agreement Procedures and Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs). With extensive experience in managing global transfer pricing documentation studies, she also develops pricing methodologies for intellectual property transactions and implements modifications to global transfer pricing policies to support clients’ overall business tax objectives. Furthermore, Ella serves as the U.S. representative for Deloitte’s global transfer pricing initiative for private enterprises and leads the transfer pricing practice within Deloitte Tax’s Law Firm Tax practice and its Family Office practice.
