Elisa Fiore is an Assistant Professor at Utrecht University in the Department of Human Geography and Spatial Planning. Before joining Utrecht University, she completed her PhD at Radboud University Nijmegen, where she investigated the race-, gender-, and class-based exclusions that arise from gentrification, paying particular attention to the sensory attunement to place.
