Biography

Elisabeth M. Biersma is a research fellow and postdoctoral assistant professor at the Natural History Museum Denmark, University of Copenhagen. She specializes in evolutionary biology with a particular focus on the origins and evolutionary history of biodiversity in polar regions, particularly plant and microbial groups.
