Dr. Elisabeth Kelan

Biography

Elisabeth Kelan is a Professor of Leadership Organisation at King’s Business School and a Fellow of the Digital Futures Institute, affiliated with King’s Institute of Artificial Intelligence at King’s College London. She specializes in leadership, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and gender. Kelan's research centers on AI, gender, and leadership, including her significant works such as the book 'Patterns of Inclusion: Gender Matters in Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Future Work.' She is widely recognized as a thought leader in women’s leadership and inclusive workplaces. Kelan has held multiple prestigious fellowships and has been honored with awards such as the Management Publication of the Year. She teaches MSc Management & Technological Change and provides executive education on digital transformation and inclusive leadership. Her work has garnered attention from international media and she has collaborated with major firms and institutions such as Accenture, Google, and the United Nations. Kelan's scholarly contributions are published in leading journals and she serves on several editorial boards. She has held positions at various prestigious institutions prior to her current role at King’s College London.
