Dr. Elizabeth Fino

Biography

Elizabeth Fino is a Reproductive Endocrinologist specializing in infertility and reproductive health at NYU Langone Health. Growing up in a small rural town in Pennsylvania, she developed a strong work ethic and a commitment to service that shapes her approach to medicine. Dr. Fino is dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of parenthood, particularly in the realm of fertility preservation for cancer patients. With over a decade of experience, she expertly performs assisted reproductive technology procedures, including oocyte and embryo cryopreservation, reproductive surgery, and in vitro fertilization (IVF). As the leader of the oncofertility program at NYU Langone Fertility Center, she bridges oncology and fertility care, ensuring that the unique needs of patients facing cancer are met with compassion and respect. Dr. Fino is also a part of the NYU Langone Gender and Sexuality Service, advocating for the specialized care requirements of transgender and non-binary individuals. Her journey in medicine is propelled by her passion for science and technology, alongside a strong sense of service honed through her Jesuit education. She collaborates with some of the world’s leading healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and make a positive impact on the lives of those she serves.
