Dr. Elizabeth Logsdon

Biography

Elizabeth Logsdon is an Associate Teaching Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Johns Hopkins University. She serves as the Director of the Undergraduate Program and the Director of the BME Design Studio. Her responsibilities include overseeing programmatic curricular innovation and development, supporting undergraduate advising objectives, and teaching the engineering design process as part of the undergraduate BME Design Team Program. Logsdon is also the Director of the Sardella Engineering Design Center, which focuses on enhancing project-based engineering design curricula and fostering multidisciplinary engagement. She holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and a BS in Chemical Engineering, both from the University of Virginia.
