Biography

Elizabeth Pendo serves as the Senior Associate Dean for Academic Faculty Affairs and holds the Kellye Y. Testy Endowed Professorship at the University of Washington School of Law. An expert in disability law theory, health law policy, and bioethics, Pendo is known for her work in health law ethics, particularly concerning the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Affordable Care Act.
