Elizabeth Rendon Betancur is a PhD student in the School of Human Ecology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, pursuing a track in Environmental Design within the Design Studies program. Particularly, her research emphasizes designing biophilic therapeutic environments that incorporate elements aimed at enhancing coping mechanisms at biological and psychological levels.
