Dr. Elliott Haut

Biography

Elliott Haut is a Professor of Surgery at Johns Hopkins University and serves as the Vice Chair of Quality, Safety, & Service in the Department of Surgery. He has a comprehensive background in Trauma Surgery and has contributed significantly to trauma care through research and clinical practice. Dr. Haut's research focuses on various aspects of trauma care, including delivery systems, outcomes in trauma surgery, pre-hospital trauma care, and prevention and reporting of complications related to trauma. He earned his MD at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed his PhD at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
