Biography

Emanuele L. M. Bettinazzi is an Associate Professor in corporate strategy at Università della Svizzera italiana (USI). He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration Management from Bocconi University and a Master of Research in Management from ESADE Business School. His academic journey included a visiting role at the Sloan School of Management, MIT, as a doctoral student. Prior to joining USI, he was an Assistant Professor at EMLYON Business School in France. His current research interests lie at the intersection of corporate strategy and stakeholder theory, focusing on the influence of stakeholder relationships on firms' growth modes and corporate strategy performance through learning mechanisms. He teaches corporate competitive strategy and research methods in corporate social responsibility at undergraduate, master's, and Ph.D. levels. His competence areas include Corporate Strategy, Management of stakeholder relationships, Mergers and acquisitions, Stakeholder relations, and Sustainability.
