Biography

Emilio Raiteri is an Assistant Professor in the Technology, Innovation & Society group at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). He earned his PhD in Economics from the University of Turin in February 2015, where he was affiliated with the Bureau for Research on Innovation, Complexity and Knowledge (BRICK). From 2015 to 2018, Emilio served as a postdoctoral fellow at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland. His principal research interests include economics of innovation, intellectual property, and technology policy evaluation. He is actively involved in exploring the interactions between technology advancement and intellectual property frameworks while assessing their impacts on innovation systems.
