Biography

Emily Sparvero received her B.A. in Economics from Duke University, an M.Ed. from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Ph.D. in Sport Management from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a Professor in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Education at the University of Texas at Austin, joining the faculty after three years as an Assistant Professor at Temple University and a visiting Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University.
